Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014; 8:00 AM 5th KidsPeace Trick-or-Trot 5K / 1 Mile Walk Orioles Park, Baltimore

Enjoy a great course and finish on the field with the Oriole Bird! Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume (or as your favorite Oriole) and enjoy a fun post-race party. Fantastic gift certificates will be presented for top runners and age group winners. Under Armour race shirts will be available for the first 700 registered runners and walkers. All proceeds benefit KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs of Maryland and Washington D.C.

Sunday, Oct, 19, 2014; Acumen Solutions 5K Race for a Cure North Quincy St. in Arlington VA, near the intersection of Wilson Blvd

The event is a community initiative to support select nonprofit organizations financially, as well as to provide an avenue for increased exposure and the expansion of their volunteer/support networks.  A list of beneficiaries is provide on the web site.

This is a national event with proceeds going to the Foundation for Women's Cancer

Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014; 11:30 AM Battlefield 1/2 Marathon Creekside Station off of Valley Avenue in Winchester, VA.

In support of the Winchester Area Temporary Thermal Shelter.  The WATTS program provides a healthy, nutritious dinner, light breakfast, and shelter for the homeless one week at a time. In total 30 churches make up the organization.


Sunday, Nov. 9,  2014 Across the Bay Bridge, 10K Run Chesapeake Bay Bridge, starting from Sandy Point State Park

Proceeds will benefit multiple local and national charities.
