The North Face Endurance Challenge 2012 | 
The North Face Endurance Challenge Needs Volunteers for 2012The North Face Endurance Challenge has been held in this areas for the past 5 years. It will once again take place on June 2nd and 3rd in the Algonkian Regional Park, Great Falls Park and the Potomac Heritage Trail. It’s beautiful terrain. This race is a series of seven world class events ranging from a 50 mile run to a 5K. I am seeking volunteers to help make this event a success—MANY volunteers. Positions for volunteers include registration, packet pick up, race course marshals, shuttle drivers, festival operations crew and many more. Volunteer benefits include a The North Face crew tshirt, a GORE TEX water bottle, lunch on race day, the HUGE satisfaction of helping athlete’s achieve their goals and a really fun time! I would love to have older teens help out on race day, so if you have older children in need of doing some community service hours please send them my way. I am very excited about this race. I've been the Food Chairperson and Donation Chairperson for the Fall Into Winter Race and the Women's Distance Festival for many years. According to Anna, I guess I have become the Food Maven; I help get food donations and food door prizes and set up food tables at the various events.
