Water Support Team Information Page

Welcome to the RR Sunday Water-Support Volunteers Page.

The purpose of the page is provide helpful information about our activities and to alert our crews to last minute changes.

We urge every Sunday runner to join the water-support members (aka "GungaDins") and to commit at least one Sunday a year to the "glorious" task that requires one to get up early in fthe morning, well before "normal" runners and walkers do, and then haul and transport necessary equipments and supplies including large coolers laden with water and sport drink to a predesignated course location and then unload the "stuff" and setup a bona fide RR water station. After the run/walk, the "fun" continues in a reverse fashion. One must dismantle the station, remove the trash and transport the equipments and supplies back home.

We also encourage everyone to provide ideas on how to enhance the water-support service.
