Women's Training Program (WTP) [Public]
This eight-session program is for women who want to get back into exercise. Following a program that respects individual needs and fitness levels, participants are guided in activities that promote flexibility, strength, and conditioning. Youth-in-Motion (YIM) Program [Public]
A fitness program just for kids. Program is designed to meet the needs and interests of children ages 2-14. This fun program meets weekly for ten sessions during the summer. View YIM Information or send an email to the program directors
Women's Distance Festival (WDF) [Public]
An annual 5K (3.1mile) Race and 5K Fitness Walk for Women only. The event that takes place in late June, shortly after the conclusion of the Women's Training Program. View WDF Information or send an email to the program directors
Interval Training Program (ITP) [Members Only*]
This 12-week program will be guiding us through a variety of activities to develop our speed, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. A professional coach tailors the sessions to accommodate your event goals. Whether you are preparing for 10Ks or a marathon, or no race in particular, you'll benefit from this program.
