Training Program
for Runners & Walkers
Dates: 12 June to 28 August 2002
Once again, RR is offering this great program for

Again, for this year, Cindy Carlyle
will serve as our coach, guiding us through a variety of activities to develop our speed,
strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Cindy will tailor the sessions to accommodate
your event goals. Whether you are preparing for 10Ks or a marathon, or no race
in particular, you'll benefit from this program.
There will be twelve Wednesday sessions beginning at 7:00 running from
mid-June through August. The first nine (9) sessions will be held at the South
Lakes HS track; the remaining three sessions will be held at a location to
be announced. The program is open to all Reston Runners members.
Cost:
$16 per person by mail and $15 per person online (The fee
covers administrative costs and the cost of a program t-shirt for each
participant).
As of 16 June, online registration has closed. You may
still be able to register for remaining sessions by printing, completing, and submitting the printable
application at the next Wednesday night session.
