Fitness-Related Programs

Reston Runners sponsors several fitness-related programs throughout the year.
These are our current programs...

Women's Training Program (WTP) [Public]

This eight-session program is for women who want to get back into exercise. Following a program that respects individual needs and fitness levels, participants are guided in activities that promote flexibility, strength, and conditioning.

Youth in Motion (YIM) Program [Public]

A fitness program just for kids. Program is designed to meet the needs and interests of children ages 2-14. This fun program meets weekly for ten sessions during the summer.

Interval Training Program (ITP) [Members Only*]

This 12-week program will be guiding us through a variety of activities to develop our speed, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. A professional coach tailors the sessions to accommodate your event goals. Whether you are preparing for 10Ks or a marathon, or no race in particular, you'll benefit from this program.
