GOALS - Do you have a goal?

The best way to stay motivated is to have a goal. Possible goals include: come to every session, complete your first 5K, set a personal record for the 5K, or exercise at least 4 times a week. Once you have a goal, tell people around you including your coaches and fellow participants. They can help support you in reaching your goal! Can’t think of a goal? Your WTP coaches will be happy to assist you.
