GOALS - Do you have a goal?
The best way to stay motivated is to have a goal. Possible
goals include: come to every session, complete your first 5K, set a personal
record for the 5K, or exercise at least 4 times a week. Once you have a goal,
tell people around you including your coaches and fellow participants. They can
help support you in reaching your goal! Can’t think of a goal? Your WTP coaches
will be happy to assist you.
Questions? Email Ann at wtp@restonrunners.org
Do
you live in the Chantilly/Centreville/Dulles South area? You may be
interested in a low-key running club located in South Riding, between
Braddock Rd and Route 50. We have group runs at 7am Saturdays and
Sundays. All paces are welcome! Visit our web site at www.srrunners.org.
