The Reston Community Center Senior Department is starting a walking group for Older Adults, 55 and older, and they are looking for someone to lead the group with safe walking tips, stretching, and other valuable information. The group will meet at the Reston Community Center in Hunters Woods on Wednesdays, April 5, May 31, 12:00-2:00 pm. There are resources to pay a group leader [though we don't know how much].
