The Reston Runners, in partnership with the folks at Potomac River Running, are holding an organized mid-week evening run/walk
Details:

When -- Every Wednesday Nite

Time -- 6:30pm

Where -- Potomac River Running Store at Reston Town Center, 11911 Democracy Drive, next to Cosi

Duration and Course -- 50 minute run, out and back on the W&OD trail

Reston Runners will be at every run -- So you will not run alone -- unless you are really fast!

Walkers - We will be out there for you as well

This is a great opportunity for first time 10K runners as well as you grizzled veterans - We strongly encourage participation of our Reston Runners as your advice and support will be of great benefit to any new runners.  Oh, and you'll get in a nice mid-week run with friends!
