Women, Women, Women! It's that time of year again - The Women's Distance Festival ( information here  )will be held on June 24th at the Reston YMCA. The 5K course, for women runners and walkers of all ages, will be adorned with tasteful decorations, handsome men and adoring fans.  Cheer on your favorite female(s) as we welcome summer and celebrate women.  All participants will receive a commemorative race shirt, but the first  200 registrants (prior to June 1) will be guaranteed a beautiful sleeveless denim shirt with embroidered race logo (see photo, below). Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each 5 year age group as well as awards for  mother/daughter and grandmother/daughter/granddaughter teams.  Sign up early using  on-line registration  or our  printable mail-in application  !

Volunteers Needed The WDF Race Committee has all the volunteers we need. Thanks to all for signing up!  All volunteers will be contacted within the next few weeks for final race assignments.  Stay tuned.
