Over fifteen Reston Runners entered and completed the Boston Marathon of 2004 in what we're told was the second hottest running of the event, ever! Officially, the temperature at the finish was 85ºF, although some claimed it reached 87ºF. Many of the finishers exulted in just finishing in spite of the weather.
