Reston Runners has a growing contingent of fitness walkers who enjoy three scheduled walks every week. Beginning at the same starting points as our scheduled runs, walkers follow written directions on courses that take from 30 minutes to one hour. Walkers range in pace from beginning walkers to race-walkers.

If you're interested in Hiking, Reston Runners also offers occasional, informal outings - typically a vigorous all day trip to the Shenandoah Mountains - for anyone who enjoys a fairly fast-paced hike in the woods.
