Would you like to be able to run a 5k with no walk breaks? Our Beginning Runners group can help you achieve that goal. If you can run for 8-10 minutes without a walk break or run an 11:30 pace or slower, our BR coaches will help you gradually increase your mileage and endurance. You'll start by running a mile, followed by walk/run intervals. Over the 8 week session, you will increase the distance you run before switching to intervals. If you find this group too hard or too easy, feel free to move between groups.
