Reston Runners Race Training Updates
Fall racing season is almost here, and our runners are putting in the work. It’s been a tough summer—heat, humidity, smoke, and a few stubborn injuries—but the dedication across our community has been incredible. Everyone is grinding through and gearing up for Peak and Taper phases. We’re proud to have 15 Reston Runners training for these upcoming fall races. If you see them out on the trails, give them a boost of encouragement. Every mile counts.
- Army Ten-Miler: October 11
